(Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed United Utilities Group PLC on Friday said Chief Financial Officer John Houlden sold GBP180,360 worth of shares.
Houlden disposed of 18,000 shares at GBP10.02 each in a transaction on Friday.
Shares in the water services firm were trading marginally higher at 1,000.50 pence each on Friday afternoon in London.
Houlden's total shareholding following the transaction was not disclosed.
