LONDON (Alliance News) - United Utilities Group PLC said Chief Financial Officer John Houlden sold 44,954 shares at a price of 717.5142 pence per share on Monday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Houlden now holds in the utilities giant following the GBP322,551 deal.
Shares in United Utilities were up 2.1% at 719.60p on Tuesday.
