LONDON (Alliance News) - Consumer goods giant Unilever PLC Monday said that Pier Luigi Sigismondi, Chief Supply Chain Officer in the US, bought 4 shares at a price of 2620 pence on May 9 via a share incentive plan.
Unilever also said that Alan Jope, president of Unilever Russia, Africa, and the Middle East, sold a total of 25,000 American Depositary Receipts for USD44.53 and USD44.54 per share.
Unilever shares closed 0.3% higher Monday at 2,646.13 pence.
