LONDON (Alliance News) - UK Mail Group PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Guy Buswell sold 70,000 shares at a price of 652.5 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Buswell holds 255,612 shares, representing 0.47% of the issued share capital.
The company also said Operations Director Carl Moore sold 10,410 shares at the same price, and he now holds 1,177 shares.
In addition John Kane, the son of Chairman Peter Kane, sold 748,000 shares at the same price, worth GBP3.1 million Wednesday. Following the transaction Peter Kane is beneficially interested in 15.7 million shares equating to 28.63% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the delivery company were quoted at 652.90p down 1.8% Thursday morning.
