DIRECTOR DEALINGS: UDG Healthcare Chairman Chris Corbin Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - UDG Healthcare Public Ltd Co. said Wednesday that Chairman Chris Corbin sold shares in the advisory provider company in the transaction on Tuesday.

Corbin sold 730,000 shares at a price of 870.00 pence per share, worth GBP6.4 million.

UDG Healthcare shares were closed down 0.4% at 858.00p each on Wednesday.

The company did not provide Corbin's holding, if any, following the transaction.
