LONDON (Alliance News) - TyraTech Inc said Monday that Non-Executive Chairman Alan Reade had bought 675,000 shares at 5 pence each, including 227,000 purchased under his wife's name.
Following this transaction Reade holds a 6.5% interest in the company.
Shares in the parasite control technology company were trading down 1.5% at 5.05 pence Monday morning.
