LONDON (Alliance News) - Tyman PLC said Friday its chief executive and chief financial officer both acquired shares in the window and doors engineered equipment supplier.
CEO Jo Hallas bought 48,162 shares at GBP2.46 for a total of GBP118,479.
CFO Jason Ashton bought 12,500 shares at GBP2.465 for a total of GBP30,813.
Shares in Tyman closed 0.2% higher Friday at GBP2.45 pence each.
Hallas was appointed CEO of Tyman in late 2018, with Ashton having only joined the firm on April 25 this year.
Neither Hallas' nor Ashton's resulting holding in Tyman was reported.
The firm's Non-Executive Chair Martin Towers recently acquired GBP41,137 in shares.
Tyman said Thursday its annual expectations remain unchanged after reporting a 15% revenue jump for the four months to April 30 .
