LONDON (Alliance News) - TI Fluid Systems PLC said Tuesday two unit executives bought shares worth a combined GBP131,834 in the liquid handling systems maker via two separate transactions in late December.
Executive Vice President of Fuel Tank & Delivery Systems Hans Dieltjens bought shares worth GBP98,459. Dieltjens - vice president of the unit since 2014 - bought 62,651 shares on December 27 at 157.1551 pence each.
Shares in TI Fluid were 4.6% higher at 171.40 pence on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the same day, Executive Vice President of Fluid Carrying Systems Stephen Taylor - also in his post since 2014 - bought 21,237 shares at the same price, equivalent to a buy of GBP33,375.
The total holdings of either Dieltjens or Taylor after the transactions were not specified.
