LONDON (Alliance News) - Essentra PLC said Thursday two non-executive directors bought shares in the company in separate transactions on Wednesday.
Non-Exec Director Mary Reilly bought 7,500 shares at GBP4.53 for GBP33,967, while Non-Exec Director Ralf Wunderlich purchased 38,700 shares at GBP4.52 for GBP174,924.
Essentra gave no details as to either of their holdings before or after the purchases.
Shares in the plastic and fibre product firm were down 0.1% on Thursday at 451.20 pence each.
