LONDON (Alliance News) - AB Dynamics PLC on Thursday said Director of Mechanical Design Colin Martin and Director of Track Test Systems Andrew Pick, both disposed shares in the advanced testing systems company in three separate transactions.
On Wednesday, Martin sold 12,000 shares at a price of 1,443 pence each, worth GBP173,160, while on Thursday, he disposed further 11,000 shares at 1,440p each, totalling GBP158,400.
Following the sale, Martin remains interested in 7,000 shares, representing 0.04% holding.
In addition, Pick sold 10,000 shares at 1,443p per share on Thursday. The total value of this transactions amounted to GBP158,400.
Following the sale, Pick together with his wife Eleanor Pick remain interested in 7,067 shares, representing 0.04% stake.
Shares in AB Dynamics closed trading down 1.0% on Thursday at 1,462.55p each.
