DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Trust Linked To Ocado CEO Sells 4.5 Million Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Online grocer Ocado Group PLC said Tuesday that a trust closely associated with Chief Executive Tim Steiner has sold GBP24.3 million worth of shares in the company.

Linic Ltd, a company owned by Arthur Seligman as trustee of the Steiner 2008 Millennium Trust of which Tim Steiner is one of a number of discretionary beneficiaries, has sold 4.5 million shares at 540 pence per share.

The shares were sold on Monday. Linic's total shareholding following the sale was not disclosed.

Shares in Ocado were up 2.2% at 558.60p in afternoon trade on Tuesday.
