(Alliance News) - Tritax EuroBox PLC said Non-Executive Director Keith Mansfield bought 100,000 shares on Tuesday at 94 pence per share.
Mansfield's stake following the GBP94,000 deal was not disclosed.
Shares in Tritax EuroBox closed down 0.7% at 93.194p on Tuesday.
