LONDON (Alliance News) - Infection protection, contamination control and hygiene products manufacturer Tristel PLC on Tuesday said Chairman Francisco Soler has bought shares in the company.
Soler purchased 36,521 shares at 113.4 pence per share on Monday, taking his total beneficial holding to 10.9 million shares, or a 26% stake in the business.
Tristel shares were up 1.3% to 115.98p.
