LONDON (Alliance News) - Tristel PLC, which produces contamination control and hygiene products, said Non-Executive Director David Orr purchased 7,000 shares at a price of 306.05 pence per share on Thursday.
Following this transaction, Orr now holds 19,511 shares in Tristel, reflecting a 0.1% stake in the company.
Chairman Francisco Soler sold 50,000 shares in the company, through his Atlas World Carriers corporate vehicle, at a price of 300.50p per share.
Soler now holds 8.4 million shares in Tristel, reflecting a 19.5% stake.
Shares in Tristel closed up 2.7% at 308.00 pence each on Friday.
