LONDON (Alliance News) - Trinity Exploration & Production PLC Friday said as part of an agreement between Chairman Bruce Dingwall and Lacerta Enterprises Ltd, a company he had an indirect interest in, 34,026 shares were transferred from Lacerta to Dingwall as per his entitlement upon dissolution of Lacerta in June.
Following this transaction, Dingwall now holds 5.8 million shares, which represents a 6.1% stake in the firm.
The stock was trading unchanged at 99.50 pence Friday.
