LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in Tri-Star Resources PLC jumped on Tuesday after the miner said Chief Executive Guy Eastaugh has more than doubled his stake in the company.
Eastaugh bought 27.6 million shares at 0.09 pence per share, taking his total holding up to 40.0 million shares, or 0.5% of Tri-Star's issued share capital.
Tri-Star shares were up 24% to 0.0929p.
