LONDON (Alliance News) - Treatt PLC Thursday said that Finance Director Richard Hope bought 100 ordinary shares at a price of 612 pence per share.
It said that he will hold 75 shares on behalf of his three children and will transfer 25 shares to his spouse.
Following the purchase of shares, Richard Hope now hold a total of 27,769 shares, representing a 0.26% stake in the company
Treatt shares closed Thursday up 1% at 612.75 pence per share.
