Bank of Cyprus Holdings PLC - Nicosia-based lender - Non-Executive Director Dinos Iordanou buys 50,000 shares at 91p each on Tuesday, worth GBP45,000. Iordanou was appointed to the board back in September, though this remains subject to European Central Bank approval.
