DIRECTOR DEALINGS: TP ICAP Non-Executive Director Sergeant Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - TP ICAP PLC said that its Independent Non-Executive Director Carol Sergeant bought shares in the UK-based interdealer broker company on Wednesday.

Sergeant purchased 5,173 shares at a price of 483.20 pence per share, worth GBP24,996.

TP ICAP shares were closed down 1.1% at 477.60p each on Wednesday.
