LONDON (Alliance News) - TP ICAP PLC Monday said Non-Executive Director Roger Perkin bought 5,000 shares at a price of 462.67 pence per share Friday.

His total shareholding was not disclosed.

Shares in the interdealer broker closed down 2.1% at 451.00p Monday.
