LONDON (Alliance News) - Non-Executive Director Michael Ziff on Friday sold 100,000 shares in Town Centre Securities PLC, the company said.
Ziff sold the stock at 219 pence per share, for a total of GBP219,000.
Following the deal he has 2.6 million beneficial shares and also looks after 8.2 million non-beneficial shares, totalling over 20% of the company combined.
Shares were down 3.2% on Friday at a price of 212.00p each.
