LONDON (Alliance News) - Town Centre Securities PLC Wednesday said that Edward Ziff, its chairman and chief executive, has sold 50,000 shares in the company at 301.5 pence per share and gave another 30,000 to his children as a gift.
Ziff's share dealings, which both took place on Wednesday mean he now holds beneficially 3.2 million shares, a 6.0% stake in the company, and 13.0 million non-beneficially, a 24.4% stake, together making a 30.4% shareholding.
In addition, Finance Director Duncan Syers has acquired 10,000 shares in the company at 275 pence per share. Syers, who bought the shares in a deal that took place off-market on December 24, 2014, now holds a 0.02% stake in the company and the shares purchases comprise his total holding.
Town Centre Securities shares closed up 0.1% at 300.25 pence on Wednesday. The stock is up 13.6% so far in 2015.
