LONDON (Alliance News) - Torotrak PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Deering transferred 676,368 shares into his SIPP account at 21.3824 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Deering's shareholding remains unchanged at 1.1 million shares, representing approximately 0.40% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the vehicle parts maker were trading down 0.5% at 21.48 pence Thursday.
