(Alliance News) - Tiziana Life Sciences PLC on Tuesday said a company associated with Executive Chair Gabriele Cerrone bought GBP12,255 worth of shares in a transaction on Monday.
Panetta Partners Ltd purchased 28,500 shares at a price of 43 pence each.
Shares in Tiziana were down 4.1% at 40.75p each on Tuesday afternoon in London.
Cerrone is managing partner at Panetta.
Tiziana on Monday said it intends to cancel its shares from trading on the London Stock Exchange ahead of its plan to redomicile in Bermuda by the second quarter of 2020. It is therefore seeking shareholder consent for its shares to be cancelled from trading when the move occurs.
