LONDON (Alliance News) - Tiziana Life Sciences PLC said Friday that Panetta Partners Ltd, a company associated with Chairman Gabriele Cerrone, bought shares in the company worth GBP214,495.
Panetta acquired 469,766 shares for an average price 49 pence each in five separate transactions on Thursday.
As a result of the transactions, Cerrone now owns 64.2 million shares representing 50.55% of the company.
Shares in the biotechnology company were trading 26% higher at 72.50p each.
