(Alliance News) - TBC Bank Group PLC on Friday announced a number of share sales by members of the company's board.
Nino Masurashvili, deputy CEO of Retail & Banking, sold GBP317,545 worth of shares over two days, selling 10,000 at GBP15.95 per share on Thursday this week for GBP159,545 and another 10,000 on Friday at GBP15.80 each for GBP158,000.
Deputy CEO of SME & Micro Banking Nikoloz Kurdiani also sold shares. Kurdiani sold 10,000 shares on Thursday at GBP15.80 each for GBP158,017 and 15,000 on Friday for GBP237,205 at GBP15.81 per share.
Finally, Deputy CEO of Corporate Banking George Tkhelidze sold 25,000 shares on Friday at a price of GBP15.90 per share for a total of GBP397,500.
Shares in TBC Bank closed flat at 1,588.00 pence on Friday.
