(Alliance News) - LoopUp Group PLC on Tuesday said three of its directors purchased a total of 267,285 shares in the company all at 56.0 pence each on Monday.
Co-Chief Executive Steve Flavell purchased 89,285 shares for GBP50,000 while other Co-CEO Michael Hughes purchased 133,500 shares for GBP74,760. Finally, Chief Financial Officer Simon Healey bought 44,500 shares for GBP24,920.
Shares in the remote meetings company closed flat at 57.00 pence in London on Tuesday.
