THG PLC - Manchester-based online retailer trading as The Hut Group - Executive Chair & Chief Executive Officer Matthew Moulding sells 350,000 shares via Moulding Foundation at 666.75 pence, worth GBP2.3 million, on Tuesday. THG on Tuesday said it raised USD1.05 billion via an upsized share placing, together with a share subscription by SoftBank Group Corp subsidiary SBM. THG will issue 38.1 million shares under the placing, plus 86.6 million shares to SBM, both at 596p.

Shepherd Neame Ltd - Faversham, Kent-based brewer and pub chain - Chair Richard Oldfield buys 16,144 shares at GBP10.35, worth GBP167,090, on Tuesday. Oldfield had bought 2,500 shares on Monday and 6,356 on Thursday last week.

ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Ltd - Non-Executive Director Paul Meader and Lucy Kingwell-Meader buy 50,000 shares at GBP0.87, worth GBP43,323, on Tuesday.

Angling Direct PLC - Norwich-based fishing tackle and equipment retailer - Chief Executive Andy Torrance buys 25,000 shares at 85.25p, worth GBP21,313, on Wednesday. The purchase is his only holding, having become CEO early last year. On Tuesday, Angling Direct reported profit before tax for the financial year that ended January 31 of GBP2.6 million, swung from a GBP1.5 million loss the year before.
