(Alliance News) - TheWorks.co.uk PLC said Wednesday that Chair Dean Hoyle bought around GBP590,000 in stock over two transactions on Friday last week and Monday this week.
On Friday, Hoyle purchased 1.0 million shares at a price of 37.7 pence per share. On Monday, he acquired 435,000 shares for 48.02p each.
Following these transactions, Hoyle now holds 10.3 million shares in the company overall, reflecting a 17% interest.
Shares in the Birmingham-based stationery supplies retailer were up 7.1% at 47.77 pence on Wednesday in London.
