(Alliance News) - TheWorks.co.uk PLC said several directors purchased shares in the retailer of gifts on Wednesday.
Chief Executive Kevin Keaney and Chief Financial Officer Gavin Peck each acquired 100,000 shares at a price of 68.75 pence per share, worth a total of GBP137,500.
Meanwhile, Non-Executive Directors Catherine Glickman and Harry Morley bought 16,187 shares at price of 61.78p and 15,500 shares at 69.13p, respectively. The value of Glickman's transaction totalled GBP10,000, while Morley's transaction was worth GBP10,714.
TheWorks.co.uk shares were trading 8.1% higher on Wednesday in London at 67.86p each.
