LONDON (Alliance News) - The Scottish American Investment Company PLC Monday said non-executive Director Rachel Lomax bought 40 shares at a price of 246.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Lomax now holds 35,738 shares, which represents less than a 1% stake in the investment firm.
The stock was trading at 245.20 pence Monday morning, down 1.05 pence 0.4%.
