LONDON (Alliance News) - The Scottish American Investment Company PLC said non-executive Director's Rachel Lomax, Sir Menzies Campbell and Lord Kerr of Kinlochard bought shares in the company on Christmas Eve through dividend reinvestments at a price of 257.0 pence per share.
Lomax bought 346 shares bringing her total holding to 35,458 shares, Campbell bought 26 shares bringing his total holding to 2,620 shares and Lord Kerr bought 368 shares bringing his total to 117,656 shares.
The Scottish American Investment Company shares were trading flat at 254 pence Friday.
