Volex PLC - Hampshire, England-based maker of power and data transmission products - Sharon Molloy, wife of Chief Operating Officer John Molloy sells 304,561 shares at 378.49p, worth GBP1.2 million, on Wednesday and Thursday last week. COO Molloy continues to hold 2.1 million shares, a 1.1% stake.

Secure Trust Bank PLC - Solihull, West Midlands-based lender - Chair Jim Brown buys 24,723 shares via Kiripaka Capital Ltd at GBP8.69, worth GBP214,897, on Thursday.

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd - digital infrastructure investor managed by Cordiant Capital Inc - Steven Marshall, executive chair & co-founder of Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Management, buys 177,400 shares at 95.3p, worth GBP169,062, on Thursday. He had bought 198,000 on on June 25. Marshall now has 13.3 million shares. Managers and directors now hold 15.8 million shares in total, a 2.1% stake.

Pinewood Technologies Group PLC - Birmingham-based provider of software to the automotive retailing sector - Chief Financial Officer Oliver Mann buys 16,562 shares at GBP4.58, worth GBP75,905, on Monday. Pinewood on Monday said it has agreed to acquire software-as-a-service business Pinewood Dealer Management System in South Africa for a total of GBP2.5 million.
