LONDON (Alliance News) - Telford Homes PLC said Friday that Chairman Andrew Wiseman, Land Director James Furlong, and Design and Planning Director David Durant, each gave 5,000 shares as a gift to a mutual friend at no cost Thursday.
Following the transaction, Wiseman's interest in the company is 3.90%, Furlong's is 2.17%, and Durant's is 2.12%.
Shares in Telford Homes were trading down 3.5% at 334.00 pence Friday morning.
