LONDON (Alliance News) - Trading software developer TechFinancials Inc on Friday said a slew of its board members bought shares in the company on Thursday by acquiring the shares the company holds in NetMavrik Ltd, one of its holding companies.
Chief Executive Asaf Lahav bought 269,830 shares in the company at 14.5 pence per share, bringing his total stake in the company up to 13%. Chief Operating Officer Jeremy Lange bought 220,260 shares at the same price, increasing his stake to 11%.
Founders Eyal Alon and Eyal Rosenblum also both participated in buying shares, along with a number of other company managers and shareholders.
Shares in TechFinancials were up 9.4% to 12.575p on Friday.
