DIRECTOR DEALINGS: TBC Bank Deputy Boss George Tkhelidze Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Georgia-focused TBC Bank Group PLC said Deputy Chief Executive Officer George Tkhelidze had sold shares worth GBP210,315 in a transaction on Wednesday.

Tkhelidze - deputy CEO since 2016 - sold 12,018 shares at 1,750 pence. Shares in TBC were 0.5% higher at 1,850.00 pence on Monday.

The holding of Tkhelidze after the transaction was not disclosed.
