LONDON (Alliance News) - Taylor Wimpey PLC Wednesday said its legal director and company secretary has acquired shares under the company's dividend reinvestment plan.
James Jordan Wednesday acquired 3,898 shares at 107.79 pence each, giving him a 0.029% stake in the company, some 951,989 shares.
Taylor Wimpey shares Wednesday closed at 107.45 pence, up 0.5%.
