DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Taylor Maritime CEO and strategy head buy shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Taylor Maritime Investments Ltd - Hong Kong-based second-hand ship investor - Both CEO and chief strategy officer buy shares. CEO Edward Buttery buys 92,500 shares at USD1.07 each on Tuesday, worth USD98,975. Chief Strategy Officer Camilla Pierrepont on the same day buys 82,239 shares at same price, worth total of USD87,996.

Anglo Pacific Group PLC - London-based natural resources royalty and streaming - Last Friday Kings Chapel International Ltd, entity closely associated with Chief Executive Julian Treger, sells 300,000 shares at 140p each, then sells a further 200,000 on Tuesday at 141p. Sales worth total of GBP702,000. Treger on Tuesday buys 35,000 shares priced at 141.8142p each, worth GBP49,635. Firm notes: "Treger and his PCAs have made a significant investment in shares of the company since Mr Treger became chief executive officer in October 2013. In total, prior to this announcement, Mr Treger and persons closely associated with him have invested approximately GBP4.5m acquiring shares in the company. These shares had all been acquired on the London Stock Exchange at market price and not under any option package." Following the transactions, Treger and his PCAs hold interest in 4.3 million shares representing 2.0% stake.

Seeing Machines Ltd - Canberra-based driver-monitoring technology company - Number of directors buy shares. Dunford Super Pty Ltd as trustee for Dunford Super Fund, a person closely associated with the Seeing Machines Chair Kate Hill, buys 200,000 shares at price of 2p each on Tuesday, worth GBP18,000. Nanjop Pty Ltd, a person closely associated with Non-Executive Director John Murray, buys 250,000 shares at 8.60p each last Friday, worth GBP21,500. Finally, Chief Executive Paul McGlone on Tuesday buys 250,000 shares at 8.99p each, worth GBP22,473.

IQGeo Group PLC - Cambridge, England-based geospatial software for telecom and utility network operators - Chief Financial Officer Ian Chapman across Tuesday and Wednesday buys 28,664 shares at price of 125.58p each on behalf of his dependent children, worth GBP35,910. Following this, he holds interest in 131,228 shares, representing 0.2% stake. Of these shares, 102,564 are held by Chapman on behalf of his spouse and 28,664 are held on behalf of his dependent children.

Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC - technology-focused growth-stock investor - Mark Sheppard, owner of the trust's manager M&L Capital Management Ltd, on Wednesday buys 10,000 shares at prices ranging from GBP6.0591 to GBP6.09 per share. Transaction worth GBP60,717.
