DIRECTOR DEALINGS: TalkTalk Non-Executive Howard Stringer Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Telecommunications firm TalkTalk Group PLC said Thursday Non-Executive Director Howard Stringer acquired shares worth GBP50,600 in a transaction on Wednesday.

Stringer - non-executive since 2012 - bought 46,000 shares at 110 pence each. Shares in TalkTalk were 0.3% higher at 108.60 pence on Thursday.

The holding of Stringer after the transaction was not disclosed.
