LONDON (Alliance News) - Synety Group on Thursday said Chairman Simon Cleaver bought 7,093 shares in the company at 83 pence each.
Following this purchase, Cleaver is interested in 778,269 shares, representing approximately 5.8% of the group's issued share capital.
Earlier on Thursday, Synety said Chief Executive Mark Seemann bought 3,650 shares at the same price, raising his total holding to 1.4 million shares, or 10% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in Synety were up 0.6% to 83.00p late Thursday afternoon.
