LONDON (Alliance News) - Private equity firm Symphony International Holdings Limited Monday said Director Sunil Chandiramani bought 150,000 shares at a price of USD0.760000 each Friday and an additional 150,000 shares at USD0.729868 each Thursday.
Following this transaction, Chandiramani holds 15.3 million shares, which represents a 2.92% stake in the firm.
The company also said Director Anil Thadani bought 200,000 shares at the same price Friday and 200,000 shares at USD0.729868 each Thursday. He now holds 55.8 million shares or 10.66% of the share capital.
Shares were down 1.3% at USD0.750 Monday.
