(Alliance News) - Symphony International Holdings Ltd on Monday said Anil Thadani and Sunil Chandiramani purchased USD1.2 million and USD451,039 worth of shares respectively, in transactions on Thursday and Friday.
Thadani purchased 2 million shares at a price of USD0.60 each on Friday.
Chandiramani bought 351,000 shares at USD0.60 each on Thursday for USD210,600. He also bought 400,732 shares at the same price on Friday for USD240,439.
Shares in the consumer-focused investment firm were trading flat at USD0.60 on Monday afternoon in London.
Thadani's and Chandiramani's shareholdings following the transactions were not disclosed.
The stock was up 0.8% at USD0.61 in London on Monday.
