LONDON (Alliance News) - Private equity firm Symphony International Holdings Limited Thursday said Director Sunil Chandiramani bought 150,000 shares at a price of USD0.70 each Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Chandiramani holds 15 million shares, which represents 2.86% stake in the firm.
The company also said Director Anil Thadani bought 200,000 shares at the same price and holds 55.4 million shares or 10.58% of the share capital.
Shares were down 1.1% at USD0.702 Thursday morning.
