LONDON (Alliance News) - Symphony International Holdings Limited Monday said Director Anil Thadani acquired 86,086 shares by virtue of deemed interest at a price of USD0.7400 per share December 30.
Following this transaction, Thadani holds 52 million shares, which represents 10.09% of the issued share capital of the investment holding company.
The company also said Director Sunil Chandiramani acquired 64,565 shares by virtue of deemed interest at the same price December 30, and he now holds 12.4 million shares equating to 2.4% of the total.
Symphony shares were up 0.16% at USD0.765 Monday morning.
