LONDON (Alliance News) - Surgical Innovations Group PLC Friday said two of its board members bought shares on Thursday.
Chairman Nigel Rogers and Non-Executive Director Paul Hardy each bought 1.1 million shares at 1.75 pence each.
Following the transaction, Rogers and Hardy holds each hold 2.9 million shares, equal to a 0.60% stake.
Shares in the surgical devices maker were up 5.2% at 1,97p Friday.
