(Alliance News) - Supermarket Income REIT PLC said Monday that Non-Executive Director Jon Austen and Steve Windsor, director of investment adviser Atrato Capital Ltd, bought around GBP111,400 in stock between them.
Windsor on Friday last week purchased 85,918 shares at a price of 104.75 pence per share. He now holds 1.0 million shares in total.
Austen meanwhile acquired 21,000 shares at 102.00p each, bringing his total shareholding to 120,000 shares.
Shares in the supermarket-focused real estate investment trust were down 0.6% at 103.40 pence on Monday in London.
