(Alliance News) - Sumo Group PLC on Wednesday said Chief Executive Carl Cavers and Chief Operating Officer Paul Porter sold shares in the company.
The video games developer also said that Chief Financial Officer Davild Wilton acquired shares.
On Wednesday, Cavers sold 500,000 shares at 195 pence each for a total of GBP975,000. Following the transaction, he has a total shareholding of around 4.7 million shares, refelecting 3.1% of the company's issued share capital
On the same day, Porter sold 500,000 shares at the same price. Following the transaction, he holds 4.5 million shares, reflecting 3% of Sumo's issued share capital.
Wilton purchased 500,000 shares on the same day at 199.87p each for a total of GBP999,350. His total shareholding following the transaction was 335,709 shares, representing 0.2% of the company's issued share capital.
Sumo shares were up 2.6% at 198.00p each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
