DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: Zambeef Products Non-Exec Ups Stake To 6%

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday and late Thursday last week.

Zambeef Products said Rhodora purchased shares in the company on December 22. Rhodora is trust of which Adam Fleming, a non-executive director at Zambeef, is a beneficiary. The trust bought 6.2 million shares at 7.975 pence, meaning Fleming now has a beneficial holding in the company of 6.2%, or 15.4 million shares. Shares in Zambeef closed up 1.0% at 7.70p Tuesday.

Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group said Edward John Lloyd, the chief executive of JLT Speciality and founder of Lloyd Thompson Group, sold 6,363 shares in the company at 926.50 pence each on Tuesday. It did not provide provide Lloyd's shareholding following the transaction. Shares in Jardine Lloyd Thompson closed down 2.6% at 925.26p Tuesday.

New Trend Lifestyle Group said Chief Executive Hillary Phang Song Hua sold Spruson Investments, a 7.5% shareholder in the Feng Shui company, on Monday. Spruson owns 7.5 million shares in New Trend and are its sole asset. Phang Song Hua sold the vehicle to Chunlan Liao for GBP48,620, giving the 7.5 million shares a value of 0.65 pence each. After the sale, Phang Song Hua holds 61.5 million shares in New Trend, representing 61.5% of its issued share capital. Shares in New Trend were untraded on Tuesday, last quoted at 0.50p.

Marshalls said Non-Executive Director Timothy Pile bought 10,000 shares at a price of 323.5 pence on Thursday. Following this purchase Pile holds 44,740 shares in the paving stones company, or a less than 1.0% stake. Shares in Marshalls closed up 2.6% at 327.60p Thursday.

Gresham Computing said Kestrel Partners acquired 25,000 Gresham shares at 105.50 pence each on Thursday. Kestrel is the investment manager to Kestrel Opportunities, a cell of Guernsey Portfolios PCC. Gresham Non-Executive Director Max Royde is a partner and holds a beneficial interest in Kestrel, as well as being a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities. Of the shares purchased, 20,000 were bought on behalf of Kestrel Opportunities, with the rest purchased on behalf of other Kestrel clients. Overall, Kestrel holds a total of 7.7 million Gresham shares, or a 12% stake in the business. Gresham shares closed down 0.2% to 106.80p Tuesday.

Kainos Group said Director Stephan Sakowicz and a connected person sold 7,000 shares at 253.0 pence each on Tuesday. Following this, Sakowicz and his connected person hold 185,000 shares, representing 0.2% of the IT company's issued share capital. Shares in Kainos were trading up 4.1% at 256.00p Tuesday.

Technology investing company Tern said three of its directors have converted loan stock provided to the company in 2014 into new shares. The three converted a total of GBP85,500 in convertible unsecured loan stock into Tern shares at 1.25 pence per share.

Executive Chairman Angus Forrest was issued 2.06 million shares, raising his total holding to 6.3 million shares. Bruce Leith, executive director of investments, was issued 2.5 million shares, taking his total holding up to 6.2 million shares, while Albert Sisto, director of investments and North America, was issued 2.3 million shares, taking his holding up to 6.2 million shares.

Tern said it expects the new shares issued to the directors to start trading on January 5. Shares in Tern down 7.5% to 16.89p Tuesday.
