LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.

Wizz Air Holdings said Chief Commercial Officer Gyorgy Abran sold about GBP1.3 million worth of stock in the Central and Eastern European-focused airline.
Abran sold 80,000 shares at a price of 1,585 pence per share on Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Abran now holds 84,563 shares, which represents 0.15% stake in the group.
Shares closed flat at 1,593.32p Friday.

InterContinental Hotels Group said Jan Smits, chief executive of its Asia, Middle East and Africa operations, sold 15,397 shares on Thursday at a price of 3,300 pence each. The deal is worth GBP508,101 in total and the company did not disclose what stake Smits held in the business following the transaction. Shares in the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn parent company closed up 1.1% to 3,362.56p on Friday.

Smith & Nephew said Chief Legal Officer John Campo sold 1,931 American Depositary Shares at USD33.2852 each Wednesday. Each ADS is equivalent to five Smith & Nephew ordinary shares. The company also said Campo sold 14,400 ordinary shares at USD16.34 each on Wednesday. Shares in the orthopedic devices maker closed down 0.4% at 1,256.13 pence Friday.

Vitec Group said Non-Executive Director Lorraine Rienecker bought 3,248 shares at a price of 609.5 pence per share Friday. The purchase is Rienecker's only holding. The stock closed up 0.7% at 608.00p Friday.

Capital & Regional said Chief Executive Officer Hugh Scott-Barrett increased his holding in the property developer and shopping mall owner.
Scott-Barrett acquired 75,000 shares at a purchase price of 59.5 pence per share and sold 50,000 shares at a sale price of 59.3 pence per share, both on Thursday.
Following the transaction, Scott-Barrett's beneficial holding has increased by 25,000 to 2.2 million shares, representing 0.308% of the company's issued share capital.
Capital & Regional on Thursday said its pretax profit was lower in the first half of 2016 due to revaluation gain on its portfolio turning to a loss year-on-year, but operating profit for the firm grew and it expressed confidence on the second half.
The stock closed flat at 59.50p Friday.

Invesco Asia Trust said Chairman Carol Ferguson bought 30,000 shares at a price of 227.7 pence per share Friday. The stock closed up 0.4% at 229.00p Friday.

Quarto Group said Chief Executive Officer Marcus Leaver bought 5,494 shares at a price of 275.1 pence per share Thursday. The company also said Anna Leaver, wife of Marcus Leaver, bought 5117 shares at 277p each. After the purchases, the Leavers hold 388,500 shares, or a 1.9% stake in the book publisher and distribution group. The stock closed flat at 276.00p Friday.

Goldstone Resources said Non-Executive Director Andrew Bell bought 154,522 shares on Thursday at prices between 2.35 and 2.4 pence per share. Following this transaction, Bell's total holding stands at 1.4 million shares, or a 1.32% stake in the gold miner. The stock closed up 11% at 2.60p Friday.
