LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Friday.----------Wincanton Chairman and Non-Executive Director Martin Read bought 36,509 shares in the company.Read acquired the shares at 272 pence each in a deal worth GBP99,304. His total shareholding following the deal was not disclosed. Wincanton shares closed down at 0.1% at 269.50p each. ----------TP ICAP Non-Executive Director Lorraine Trainer bought 10,000 shares in the company. Trainer acquired the shares in the inter dealer broker at 286.9 pence each for a total consideration of GBP28,600. TP ICAP shares closed down 2.2% at 283.90p each.----------Porvair Chairman John Nicholas bought 5,000 shares in the company. Nicholas acquired the shares at 471.9 pence each in a deal worth GBP23,595. Following the transaction, he owns 7,500 shares or 0.01% of the company's issued share capital. Porvair shares closed down 0.8% at 476.00p each. ----------Mediclinic International Chief Financial Officer Petrus Myburgh purchased shares in the company. Boyer - a non-executive since 2016 - bought 19,296 shares at 259 pence each. Shares in TT closed 2.1% higher at 265.00 pence on Friday. The holding of Boyer after the transaction was not disclosed.----------Software and service company Intercede Group said the Azalia Trust, closely associated with Non-Executive Director Jacques Tredoux, purchased 1.5 million shares at a price of 30.0 pence per share on Thursday. Following this GBP450,560 transaction, Tredoux is interested in 13.3 million shares in Intercede, reflecting a 26% stake in the company. Shares in Intercede closed up 18% at 29.40 pence each on Friday.----------Next Operations Director Richard Papp and Rebecca Papp, a person closely associated with him, sold separately shares in the company for a total of GBP1.6 million. Richard Papp sold 1,100 shares at 5,713.17 pence each for GBP62,844, while Rebecca Papp sold 27,000 shares at the same price for GBP1.5 million.
